2 Corinthians 8:12

"If you are eager to give, God will accept your gift on the basis of what you have to give, not on what you don't have."

In other words, if you have a desire to give, don't worry about what you cannot give just give what you are able to give.  Many times we think that if we cannot give a large amount of money that our small contribution will not make any difference.  That is a lie from Satan.  All that God needs is your readiness to give what you are able to give.  The only ingredient that God ever needs from us about anything in life is our readiness.
