The Legacy Society is made up of individuals who plan to leave a gift to United Christian Giving as part of their planned giving or estate giving plans. UCG Legacy Society members may leave a gift through their wills, charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts or naming UCG as owner and beneficiary of a new or existing life insurance policy. For example, establishing a charitable remainder trust for the benefit of UCG allows the donor to retain the income during their lifetime while allowing UCG to benefit when the donor is deceased.

The Legacy Society demonstrates the desire of United Christian Giving to make an everlasting impact for the cause of Christ. Every potential UCG Legacy Society donor should contact their own financial or estate planning professional for advice before doing anything.
